Steve Roby is a State of Oregon certified home inspector and a Certified Professional Inspector (CPI) in good standing with the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI). Trained under Master Inspector Thorin Halvorson, Steve brings decades of hands-on construction experience and a long-standing commitment to serving families in the Rogue Valley, where he has lived and worked since 1987.

Alongside his inspection work, Steve has also taught locally and holds a Master’s Degree from Concordia University. He combines technical expertise with a heart of compassion for both homeowners and home buyers, offering clear, trustworthy insights into every aspect of home construction and improvement.
